In 2020, Kingsway Academy renovated, upgraded and redecorated STA Hall to make the Academy a comfortable school and living space for students. The on-campus residence is located on the upper 2 levels of STA Hall. Around 38 capacity secured for Kingsway Academy students can make reservation with a valid student visa and full payment in advance.
Single and Double-rooms have beds, table and chairs, locker, sink and closet for students to share. Washrooms and bathrooms are located in each level of the building. One large room in each level is shared by 3 students with basic furnitures and a separate washroom.

Services
The laundry room in the STA building 2nd floor, provides a washing machine and a dryer for free use. The cleaning of the on-campus residence is provided and managed by King’s @Western U. Students are required to keep personal and public areas clean and tidy and treat the residences with the same respect as their home.
Campus security is double handled both by Western University police cars and London city police. Campus police car patrol to STA building 6 times every 24 hours. The police also check every entrance of the building at midnight every day.
The cafeteria, lawns at the front & back of STA Hall are ideal places for students to enjoy their own time. The Western U campus shuttle bus stop and the London city bus stops are less than 5 minutes walking distance away.
Kingsway Academy provides safety and self-protection education to students so that they can undertake their studies in a safe and healthy environment.
Meals
Students may purchase the meal plan with a buffet breakfast and two meals of choice a day from Monday to Friday. Students may go to King’s and Western University main campus to take meals as well, or trying some restaurants near the school, or using delivery services to order some food during the weekends. Kingsway Academy also prepare some special menu for students during the festivals such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Thanksgiving, and also for school events such as orientation, graduation, and participating University events.
Accommodation Fees
STA has three types of the residence and meal plan. Meal is 3 deals a day and 5 days a week. By choosing below residence type and term(s), you agree to the type of room, term and price.

*August 26 – August 28, 2026 and January 4, 2027 are Orientation days to new registered student. It is mandatory and the accommodation fee is included in the package. December 17, 2026-January 4, 2027 is winter break. School doesn’t provide meal plan during winter break.
