Hangzhou Tianyuan Huilan School, China
Kingsway Academy and Tianyuan Huilan School in Hangzhou established a sister-school relationship in 2023, deepening our collaboration by introducing the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program in 2025.
Tianyuan Huilan School is a pioneering educational group in China. Located in Hangzhou—a renowned historical and cultural city as well as a scenic tourist destination in China—the institution currently operates three major campuses with a total construction area of approximately 690,000 square meters, offering a combined enrollment capacity of 21,770 students.

In February 2025, Kingsway Academy had the honor of hosting Principal Xia Guming from Tianyuan Huilan School. During his visit, we engaged in fruitful and extensive discussions focused on collaboration between our two institutions. This meeting highlighted our shared commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and fostering international connections. By exploring ways to integrate our programs and promote cross-cultural exchanges, we aim to create enriching experiences for our students and staff, paving the way for a strong and lasting partnership.
SUMMER CAMP IN 2024
In the summer of 2024, a group of students from Tianyuan Huilan School embarked on an unforgettable cultural journey at Kingsway Academy in Canada. Together with peers from Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Vietnam, and other countries, they immersed themselves in Canada’s vibrant multicultural environment through diverse academic courses and exciting outdoor activities.
The highlight was the Multicultural Festival, where Tianyuan students proudly showcased and promoted Chinese culture through traditional performances, handicrafts, and interactive presentations. This cross-cultural exchange not only broadened their global perspectives but also fostered meaningful friendships across borders.
